Transaid throws down the gauntlet with 2026 Italy to Slovenia cycle challenge
Transaid has launched its 2027 cycle challenge, taking riders from Jesolo Beach near Venice to Lake Bohinj in Slovenia. Participants will tackle 335km across four days, travelling through vineyards, river valleys and the Julian Alps, with 3,650m of climbing. Registration for the event is £249, with riders pledging to raise a minimum of £2,350 to support the organisation’s work.
