Phidelia Mwaba joins Transaid Board of Trustees

Transaid is pleased to welcome Phidelia Mwaba to its board of trustees.

As the Immediate Past President of the CILT Zambia, Phidelia will bring a wealth of industry experience and in-country knowledge to the board.

Phidelia is currently the Managing Consultant at Hokma Risk Management Consultants and CEO at Hokma Risk Management Solutions Limited, where she coordinates General Insurance Broking and Knowledge Transfer Seminars in portfolios of Risk Management, Smart Transport Fleet Management, Corporate Strategy, Transport and Logistics Management Systems and Corporate governance.

She worked in NonLife Insurance for over 25 years, where she got exposed to various business dynamics which motivated her to set up her own consultancy in 2014 with a vision of creating a culture of excellence in organisations and transforming the way employees view their jobs.

She is a Chartered Fellow of Institute of Logistics and Transport International- FCILT, was the first female president of CILT Zambia (2014-2016), a Certified Trainer of the Institute of Directors Zambia-IoDZ.
