In her current role as Global Marketing & Services Lead for Shell Commercial Road Transport (CRT), Sharn is responsible for building the CRT brand, marketing communications and delivering new innovative digital fleet services and products to help the sector decarbonise. She is part of the CRT leadership team.
She has more than two decades of global business experience across marketing, business development and digital innovation, having worked for Yale, Michelin and V.Group. During this time, she has established entirely new marketing functions, launched new digital services, driven business growth strategies, and closed large customer acquisitions working with global boards.
Having earned her MBA from Aston University in 2009, she now acts as a mentor for current MBA students, she is part of the Shell Start Up Mentor program supporting entrepreneurs in developing sustainable energy businesses within the UK . She is also Shareholder representative on the board of a German digital company . Sharn has been a Transaid Trustee since June 2023.
