Victor Simfukwe Award 2026

Victor Simfukwe was a Zambia-based Project Manager with Transaid, and was deeply committed to improving road safety and expanding access to essential services for communities most in need.

In 2019, Victor tragically lost his life in a road traffic crash in Zambia. His passion, dedication and commitment continue to inspire our work every day.

Now in its seventh year, the Victor Simfukwe Award recognises an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to advancing Transaid’s mission over the past 12 months.

We’d love to hear about someone who has inspired you. They could be involved in one of Transaid’s programmes, have gone above and beyond to support our fundraising, volunteered their time and expertise, or be a colleague or partner who has made an exceptional contribution.
