Microlise Transport Conference raises over £5,000 for Transaid
£5,400 was raised for Transaid’s road safety and access to healthcare programmes in Africa at the Microlise Transport Conference, at which we exhibited as the beneficiary charity. £5,000 was raised through a raffle during the exclusive black-tie dinner on the eve of the conference; with a further £400 being donated from the proceeds of a coffee stand organised by Microlise during the conference. The dinner was hosted by theatre and television director, writer, and actor, Simon Evans, and featured an opportunity for networking, as well as the presentation of the Microlise Driver of the Year Awards for 2023.
