DAF Trucks/PACCAR Financial team raise £6k
A team of 14 from DAF Trucks and PACCAR Financial took on the Thame 10k on Sunday 28th June to raise money for Transaid. All of the 14 runners completed the race, battling through the rain to support DAF Truck’s favoured charity, Transaid. Nicola Amies, one of the main organisers for the team said: “I would like to say it was fun but it rained and was hard. But a great sense of team work and achievement at the end.” Donations have been pouring in over the last couple of weeks and so far just under £3000 has been raised.…
