Yes, it’s that festive time of year again! Last year, we raised over £10,000 from our Christmas appeal for Transaid which has helped to fund our ever expanding work to improve the way transport is run and managed across Africa and the developing world. This year, with your help we’re hoping to do even better.
Partnering with Motor Transport
Once again, we’ve teamed up with Motor Transport who have generously offered to support the campaign. For every company donating of £500 or more, you will see your logo featured in a special Transaid festive double page spread in Motor Transport magazine on 11th December*.
Our appeal
Funds raised this year will contribute towards our Professional Driver Training Project in Zambia in conjunction with ITC Trust which aims to introduce internationally recognized professional driver training and road safety standards to make transport safer and more effective - ultimately reducing the number of road fatalities in the region.
