Cette étude de cas technique résume l’origine, la méthodologie et les conclusions d’un projet qui s’est concentré sur l’élaboration d’un guide de Système de Gestion du Transport (TMS) pour un apprentissage autonome. En effet, un besoin a été identifié car un certain nombre d’agents du transport ne sont pas en mesure de participer à des formations et souhaiteraient apprendre de façon autonome.
