The 2025 Motor Transport Awards raise £23,000

On Wednesday 3 September, Transaid was once again honoured to be the chosen charity partner of the Motor Transport Awards – one of the most prestigious events in the UK transport and logistics industry calendar.

The Motor Transport Awards 2025 took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, welcoming over 1,200 guests to celebrate outstanding achievements in the transport and logistics sector. Hosted by a star-studded line-up of celebrity presenters, the evening combined recognition, entertainment, and fundraising in support of Transaid’s mission.

Thanks to the generosity of the Motor Transport team, guests, and prize donors, this year’s awards raised an incredible £23,000 to support Transaid’s life-saving road safety and access to healthcare programmes.

During the evening, Transaid Chief Executive Caroline Barber shared inspiring updates on our road safety and access to healthcare intitiatives. Guests were also encouraged to participate in the silent auction and charity casino, helping to raise vital funds.
