Phideliah S Mwaba, Past President of the CILT Zambia, is a self-motivated female executive who possesses a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Maastricht School of Management MsM, Netherlands, through the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) in 2008; a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Zambia in1986; a Diploma in Strategic Business Management from SIPU of Sweden 2015; a Diploma in Insurance Studies 1990, and a Post-grad Dip in International Transport and Logistics from the Norwegian Shipping Academy through the Arab Academy for Maritime Studies in Alexandria, Egypt 2002. She is a Chartered Fellow of Institute of Logistics and Transport International- FCILT, a Certified Trainer and Fellow of the Institute of Directors Zambia- IoDZ. She is passionate about matters of development and Road safety.
Phideliah is the CEO at Hokma Risk Management Solutions Limited, where she coordinates Insurance Broking and Knowledge Transfer Seminars in portfolios of Risk Management, Vehicle Fleet Management and Corporate governance. She worked in Non-Life Insurance for over 28 years, where she got exposed to various business dynamics which motivated her to set up her own consultancy in 2014. Phideliah has held various leadership positions in many entities: at the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Zambia, [the first female President, 2014-16] and founder of the Women in Logistics and Transport Zambia, 2013. She also has vast experience on various Boards as a Director Road Transport and Safety Agency 2010-12 and Vice Chairperson of the Road Development Agency, 2013-16, ACSZ Board Member. She is a Past Chairperson of the COMESA Yellow Card Scheme Council of Bureaux as well as Past President of the Rotary Club of Lusaka Central.
