From 24th – 28th September 2025, Transaid is embarking on an extraordinary adventure with its next European cycle challenge. Come with us on a journey through the scenic southern roads of the Republic of Ireland, a first for Transaid!

The challenge

This exciting three-day, 328-kilometre journey will bring together teams from across the transport and logistics industry and raise crucial funds for Transaid’s road safety and access to healthcare projects across sub-Saharan Africa.

  • Dates: 24 – 28 September 2025
  • Duration: 5 days | Cycling: 3 days
  • Distance: 328km

  • Registration fee: £149

Why take part?

Over the past 14 years, our cycle challenges have seen over 520 riders conquer 16 bespoke events across 14 different countries, impressively amassing over £2 million for Transaid to date. Transaid’s cycle challenges provide invaluable unrestricted funding for our road safety and access to healthcare programmes – meaning we can provide funding where it is most needed.

By taking part in a Transaid cycle challenge, you’re helping us and our partners to achieve the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals by 2030: to halve road traffic deaths and injuries, end the epidemic of malaria, and reduce the maternal mortality rate to less than 70 per 100,000 live births.
