Barcelona Marathon
With 18,000 runners taking part in the Barcelona Marathon in 2013, this is a rapidly growing event that takes place around one of Europe’s most beautiful cities.
With the start and finish line alongside the fantastic Magic Fountains (which get turned on especially for the race) and a loop course that takes in the Bernebau Stadium, the Sagrada Familia, Les Ramblas, the beach area and the Pedrera, this marathon is like taking in a sight-seeing tour of Barcelona!
