Neil joined Collect+ as CEO in early 2013. Collect+ is the largest store-based parcel service in the UK. It is a joint venture between PayPoint, the leading retail payment network, and the UK’s leading parcel delivery company, Yodel. The company was founded in 2009 to answer the clear need for a modern alternative to the Post Office that is convenient and easy to use. Before joining Collect+, Neil worked as a consultant and business advisor to several blue-chip UK retailers, following a period at Tesco, where he was as a leading member of the team that designed and launched the Tesco Direct business. Prior to Tesco, Neil worked at Woolworths, Hallmark Cards and CWS Ltd.   In 2011, Neil was appointed as Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport’s (CILT) having been on the board since 2007. Neil is also a Director and Trustee at PTRC Education & Research Services Ltd, a member of the Advisory Board at Transform Management Consultancy, and a member of the Advisory Board at Warwick University Professional and Executive Programme faculty and on the Retail Masters Programme at Cranfield University School of Management. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Cranfield University, at Warwick University (WMG) and at Nottingham Business School   As a Transaid Ambassador, Neil has provided support to the team in a number of ventures, and has also participated in the cycle rides to Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels.   Neil has studied professionally at Insead, Templeton College, Oxford an Manchester Business School. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester.
