Kelly Hobson began her career in logistics in 2005. As founder of Shape Tomorrow, a consultancy specialising in developing positive impact, Kelly has become a successful leader within international marketing and embedding sustainability practises. Her creative thinking and expertise in change management has allowed Kelly to develop a new way of auditing businesses and facilitating workshops that empower established internal resource and drive growth, while always considering people and planet. Kelly also enjoys working alongside the business school at the University of Leeds and is a regular guest speaker on developing employability skills as well as a leader in residence and a mentor to several students. In 2019 Kelly visited Zambia with Transaid and following the trip she launched the Neat Initiative which raises funds for ambulance bikes in the remote communities she visited. Kelly became an ambassador in 2022.
