The Person
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to support a dedicated team to achieve ambitious aims. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable insight into a small but growing international development charity which recognises the vital role of that transport plays across the developing world to reduce poverty and improve lives.
This person will provide essential administrative support to the marketing team which has an exciting portfolio of events and activities lined up over the coming 12 months, with the potential to take the lead on a project for the right person.
A confident communicator, you will be happy to liaise with corporate supporters and individuals and will use your creativity to help with marketing and fundraising communications and initiatives. You will also be comfortable carrying out routine tasks individually in addition to being a great team player.
A passion for overseas development and a strong interest in Africa would be a distinct advantage, in addition to any knowledge of the UK transport and logistics industry.
