UK Warehousing Association Luncheon and Awards Ceremony 2009
The annual UKWA luncheon awards ceremony held on Tuesday 30th June was a great success! £2,035 was raised for Transaid from the table draw, so thank you to everyone who contributed!
A special thanks to Derrick Potter, the chairman of UKWA for choosing Transaid as the benificiary charity of the UKWA Awards Ceremony.
This year's raised funds will be put towards our current projects in Africa including our Professional Driver Standard Training Project in Zambia and our work in Northern Nigeria to increase immunisation coverage and access to health care for women and children.
