Transaid was delighted to be chosen as the beneficiary charity for the UK Coach Awards 2011.
The event was held in Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Manchester and Transaid was proud to participate in the ceremony for the first time.
Table draw conducted during the ceremony raised £1262 which will contribute to the running of Transaid’s Professional Driver Training that is being implemented in Tanzania. Through the training of trainers, Transaid is working to increase the capacity to deliver quality driver training, ensuring that drivers can be safer and more risk aware, ultimately saving lives.
