Transaid was delighted to be invited to the Annual Bus Awards Conference 2011. The conference was held in Nottingham and was attended by over 50 managers from the industry.
The event, held in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, was the eighth in a series devoted to highlighting and examining excellence, innovation and good practice in the industry.
Transaid's Project Manager in Tanzania Neil Rettie joined the conference and gave a presentation about the Professional Driver Training Project in Tanzania, its objectives, challenges and achievements. Neil's presentation was received with massive interest from the conference's guests who raised lots of questions. We also received a very kind donation of £100 from DRM Bus. Thank you!
