The Extreme Team completes Muldon Mud Race

Volvo Truck and Bus Centre London –The Extreme Team took on the 'dirtiest challenge on the world' - Muldon Mud Race and raised £738.75 to support Transaid's live saving work.

Brave challengers - Jim Collins, Jamie Parnham, Keith Fisher, Malcolm Tucker and Gordon Laptain - faced the uncertain weather, deep mud and tackled the 500-yard course across the bed of the cold river Blackwater.

Participants started from one bank and made their way through water to the other side, negotiating 500 yards of mud along the river and then return to the original riverbank. This challenge is said to be tougher than one can imagine!

Transaid is grateful to The Extreme Team for their support and commitment to our cause. Funds raised from the Muldon Mud Race will enable us to continue projects across Africa and the developing world.
