CILT UK was involved in birth of Transaid in the aftermath of the famine in Ethiopia in 1985 and continues to contribute to our development.
Last year various Institute fundraising events raised over £10,000 for Transaid
Last year the institute launched a member-get-member incentive scheme for members who signed up a new member offering them a gift or the opportunity to donate the £15 to Transaid. We are please to say that the scheme has raised £550 for the Transaid in the past year.
