Transaid have got some truly life changing experiences lined up for you in 2010 and 2011. After the success of the Transaid Cycle Zambia Challenge 2009, Transaid is now not only offering a cycle challenge in November 2010 but there will also be the opportunity to trek in February 2011! For all of you who have abstained from Transaid's cycle challenges in the past - there is now something for everyone!

Transaid Africa Challenges provide a significant amount of income for Transaid's vital work in to making transport cheaper, safer, cleaner and more effective.
 
The last challenge raised over £100,000 income for Transaid. With your help we want to smash this target in 2010! We are currently working to improve professional driver training standards and reduce the number of road crashes in a region where road deaths are the third biggest killer after HIV/AIDS and malaria.We are also working to tackle child and maternal mortality by improving access to primary healthcare. Funds raised from the Transaid Africa Challenges will help us to continue this hugely important work and expand our projects further.
