Just 15 places left for Transaid’s London to Paris Challenge!
Over forty-five participants are now registered for Transaid’s next European cycling challenge, London to Paris 2017! With teams already signed up from XPO Logistics, DHL, Malcolm Group, SEC Storage, CPT and Bullet Express, places are filling up fast for the three day, 240 mile challenge!
The ride will run from 22nd-25th September 2017, marking 5 years since Transaid’s first European ride from London to Paris. In the years since, supporters of Transaid from the Transport and Logistics Industry have raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for the charity’s life-saving transport programmes in Sub-Saharan Africa, participating in challenges to Amsterdam, Brussels, and from the Brecon Beacons to Dublin.
The London to Paris route promises riders a challenging ride and beautiful scenery, through the rolling countryside of the South Downs and into the open countryside and quaint villages of the Normandy region. This challenge offers a fantastic opportunity to train for a new fitness goal, meet like-minded individuals from the Transport and Logistics industry, and to raise funds for Transaid’s Road Safety and Healthcare initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa.
