CILT Annual Awards of Excellance Dinner 2010
Transaid was delighted to be the beneficiary charity of the CILT Annual Awards of Excellance Dinner 2010. The event took place in Mariott Hotel in London on 7th of October.
BBC TV presenter Declan Curry hosted the ceremony attended by over 500 guests, including the Institute's Royal Patron, HRH The Princess Royal. It was a fantastic event which saw Transaid raise £3031.12 for our vital work in Africa!
The event gave Transaid the opportunity to spread further awareness of our projects and programmes and helped raise vital funds for our life saving work.
Money raised from the event will benefit our projects such as our work in Zambia and Tanzania where we are working on improving road safety standards through our Professional Driving Training Projects.
