Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank Charity Evening, June 2008
Alliance & Leicester hosted a superb evening at prestigious location of The Hilton Hotel, Manchester. The black-tie evening began with a champagne reception and included a three course dinner and entertainment provided by comedian Lea Roberts and special guest and football pundit Alan Hansen.
Well supported by Alliance & Leicester’s customers including main sponsors The Hulme Group and BMC, the charity auction raised a significant sum towards Transaid’s project work in Northern Nigeria which is helping to revive routine immunisations for women and children in four of the most deprived states.
